In 2023, I lost my mother and two of her sisters — all three to cancer.
One in the spring. One in the fall. One just before Christmas.
Three women from the same family. One year.
My mom was one of five siblings — three sisters and two brothers. The grief hasn’t stopped there. We’ve lost one of the brothers to cancer since. The other is still here, still fighting it — still ours.

I know what it feels like to lose people before you’ve said everything you wanted to say.
To wish you had more of their stories. More of their laughter. More of the little things that made them who they were.
I asked my dad what loneliness means to him. He didn’t hesitate.
“Loneliness to me is not having my spouse with me.”
He’s 83. He still wants to stay busy — but some days his body won’t cooperate.
“What keeps me going? The Lord keeps me going.”
Some days are harder than others.
That’s the quiet part of getting older that people don’t always talk about.
And that’s where this began.
Not with an idea — but with a need.
My Silver Circle is a private AI app for seniors — a place to talk, to be heard, and to keep families gently connected to what matters.
My son Josh built the technology that makes this possible. He’s a pastor, a business owner, a busy dad — and he still made time to build something that could help people feel connected, heard, and not alone in their day-to-day lives.
Not because someone is watching. Not because someone is checking in.
But because connection should still be part of everyday life.

I sew with my dad now. We make quilts and tote bags at that same kitchen table. We sign everything “Tami & Dad.”
That table has always been a place where life happens — conversations, stories, laughter, even hard days.
That kitchen table is my Silver Circle.
My Silver Circle is that table — for everyone.
The world still needs them. They are valuable. They are someone. They matter.
If you want to stay close, even when you can’t be together — we’re here to help.

Today, families are quietly bringing My Silver Circle into their lives — one conversation, one memory, one connection at a time. That’s how I know this is real.
